Promotional Statement

The rich and exiting history of motorsports newest racing action.
Snowmobile racing is growing by leaps and bounds. After many years
of struggling, the sport has gained its deserved respect.

Located in the birthplace of U.S. winter racing, Wisconsin is the home to many annual race venues and also to the ISRHOF and museum. The racing museum houses dozens of historic racing sleds, drivers' uniforms, race videos, pictures
and a library are at the St Germain, Wisconsin site. Five video monitors and a mini-theater bring to life the sport of sled racing on ice, snow, water and mountain sides. From oval to cross-country, endure to hill climb, water skipping and both
ice and grass drags, the museum represents them all.

Each year in January, three racing greats are inducted into the Hall
of Fame in ceremonies that follow the Woody's RIDE WITH THE CHAMPS trail ride, a benefit for the HOF.

"American Champions and Barrier Breakers: Jackie Robinson, Joe Louis and Althea Gibson,” exhibit will be on display from Feb. 17, 2012, to July 30, 2012, and celebrates the lives of Robinson, Louis and Gibson, their sports achievements and their important legacies. The exhibit will feature artifacts, documents and photographs of these three American icons while calling attention to the numerous contributions that African Americans have made to golf for more than a century.
